Before you ask

If yours is not here, the answer is a message away and it costs nothing.

How much does it cost to talk to you?

Nothing. The first conversation, the options we come back with and the advice on whether a visa is worth applying for are all free. You pay when you decide to book something.

Can you get a cheaper fare than I can find online?

Often, and sometimes not. Where a public fare is genuinely the best available we will tell you and book it for you anyway, so the trip stays in one place if it needs changing later.

How long does a visa take?

It depends entirely on the country and the season, and anyone who gives you a single number without asking where you are going is guessing. We will tell you the current processing time for your case before you start.

What happens if my flight is cancelled while I am away?

You call the same number you have been dealing with all along. Rebooking, hotels and onward transfers are handled by us, not by you at an airport desk.

Do you handle group and corporate travel?

Yes. Groups get one itinerary and one invoice; companies get a named contact, agreed policy rules and monthly billing.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer and card, with a receipt for every payment. We never ask for payment details over social media.
